Uno del Pueblo

El buen vino y la buena gente de Bodegas Cañaveras, de Sana Cruz de Mudela, se dieron cita en Daimiel, en las instalaciones del Restaurante El Portón, en un evento refrendado con la asistencia de hasta ochenta personas que degustaron la cata comentada por el propio equipo directivo de la centenaria bodega santacruceña.

Laura, Ana y Alba, trío convocador del acontecimiento en representación de la firma, ilustraron a los presentes acerca de sus caldos más recientes, desde la enseñanza y comentarios técnicos que facilitaban la degustación de cada copa, servida con esmero por la brigada de profesionales que atendía al respetable expectante, quienes paladeaban, olían y avistaban el vino en ambiente apropiado de temperatura y respeto hacia la bebida elaborada más antigua, allá por los tiempos de Noé según versiones de la historia.

Se disfrutó aprendiendo en esta cultural y distendida velada, mientras Baco, dios del vino, se dejaba sentir en el Salón Sheila del Restaurante El Portón, graciosamente adecentado para la ocasión. Ya el profeta Ezequiel anunció aquello de “no haber planta más excelente creada por Dios que la vid”, leyéndose en el “Libro de los Proverbios” la máxima de “proporcionar vino a quien tiene el corazón lleno de amargura”.

Ni un ápice de amargura se detectó en la velada del viernes diecinueve de Noviembre en el local referido, justo al contrario,  de menos a más la cata de las diversas variedades presentadas por Bodegas Cañaveras, animó el ambiente potenciando el amor hacia tan preciada bebida que tanto nos aviva la vida.

Colores, sabores y aromas, fueron desgranados por Ana, Laura y Alba con detalle, profesionalidad y mimo, transmitiendo a los presentes optimismo y vida, con fuerte dosis de alegría, entre conversaciones animadas y “buen rollo”, con el vino como protagonista y eje principal. Bien por las tres embajadoras de Bodegas Cañaveras, hablando en el mismo lenguaje de los presentes y haciéndoles llegar su mensaje enológico desde un vino con personalidad y el talento de las tres sumilleres de Santa Cruz de Mudela, presentando las variedades y caldeando la reunión con los caldos de la centenaria bodega, desde 1.889. Sus conocimientos enológicos se dejaron notar de un modo cercano, más allá de la dialéctica profesional. Se palpaba la consanguinidad familiar Cañaveras.

Diversos medios locales se hicieron eco del acto, acompañado por autoridades locales y rematado con un generoso refrigerio por parte de la gerencia del Restaurante El Portón.
