Un sinfín de ideas gastronómicas, desde el ingenio de una cocinera, se reencuentran en un espacio en la calle Méndez Nuñez 1, que en tiempos pasados fue cortijo de todos, referencia hostelera histórica en Daimiel. La vida ha vuelto a reunir en el área y especialidad a la que más tiempo han dedicado, a dos profesionales plenos y con afán de servicio hacia un público que valora y profesa afecto a personas emprendedoras, serviciales y comprometidos con su oficio a lo largo de su trayecto laboral.

Dos conocedores y competentes del gremio, han lavado la cara al local que fue cortijo aglutinador de daimieleños, centro social de alcurnia en nuestra ciudad. Décadas después, Ana y Juan se reencuentran con sus amigos y clientes de siempre tras producirse el reencuentro entre ellos mismos, después de distintas vicisitudes profesionales por diversos frentes. La vuelta a su trabajo “natural”, reinventa desde las ideas e iniciativas de ambos este punto de encuentro para la población  de Daimiel. Ideas claras y frescas que habilitan esta Cervecería El Encuentro, de aire modernista y jovial.

“La vida es el arte del encuentro aunque haya tanto desencuentro por la vida”, que dijo el poeta y diplomático Vinicius de Moraes , brasileño que tanto aportó a la cultura popular. El Encuentro , la nueva cervecería de Daimiel, pretende aportar espacio de reunión y reencuentro entre gentes que gusten de la charla, desde la amistad y el afecto, saboreando y compartiendo la copita del aprecio y la estima hacia los demás.

Juan Molina González y Ana Belén Espinosa Pozuelo, se lo guisan y comparten con sus parroquianos de siempre, a quienes se agregan las nuevas generaciones en busca de lugar acogedor, vivo y moderno. Ana, con módulo de grado medio en comercio y marketing, descubre su alma de cocinera al iniciarse en la hostelería en busca de apoyo material, economía para ser independiente, valerse por si misma. La enseñanza inestimable de una gran profesional de la cocina y también emprendedora, la hizo sentir el amor por los fogones, derrochando Ana servicialidad, simpatía y buena imágen entre los asiduos. Junto a Juan, su compañero, se afianzan en el Ayala, en el Parterre, fraguando su cocina y personalidad gastronómica, dejándose notar el “toque” característico del clan de “Los Maturros”, familia muy conocida en Daimiel como saga clásica en el sector de la hostelería, creadores de escuela profesional consanguínea dispersa por toda la ciudad, a la que asisten parroquianos catadores fieles al club gastronómico de “Los Maturros”.

Todo tipo de público tiene acogida en este punto de encuentro, donde se puede catar una amplia oferta de vinos representativos de toda España. Ribera Duero, Mancha, Rioja…, y, por supuesto, los de Daimiel, coinciden en armonía sobre las mesas y barra de la Cervecería El Encuentro. La cerveza de barril bien tirada, Alhambra para más detalle, se combina con las mejores marcas del rubio y preciado líquido, delicia de cerveceros….

Las apetencias culinarias del gran público, jóvenes y más mayores, se ven satisfechas desde los hogares y las manos de Ana. Las tradicionales gambas a la gabardina del antiguo cortijo han sido rescatadas por la actual chef, según la receta de su original autora; un tapeo variado, servido en peculiares recipientes, capta a la vista el deseo por su degustación; buenas carnes y deliciosos pescados, auténticas mollejas de cordero, chuletas de cabrito, timbal de pulpo, marisco, revueltos…, todo ello forma parte de la variada cocina de Cervecería El Encuentro, con el toque exquisito de la polifacética Ana  en sus postres, elaborados por sus manos, para acompañar desayunos o la más completa variedad del té o bebidas relajantes, de primera calidad, para degustadores, infusiones naturales de múltiples sabores para buenos entendidos….
