La actividad constructora tiene una repercusión muy significativa sobre el progreso económico de la sociedad. Ramón Espinosa, padre e hijo, dirigen a día de hoy su propio negocio, logrando por tanto mantenerse en el sector desde hace 40 años, con al apoyo continuado de sus empleados, expertos en el gremio y fieles mantenedores de la política aplicada por esta compañía.

En el nº 32 de la calle Arcipreste Julio Mata, en Daimiel, la entidad dispone de 5.500 m2 donde se almacenan los productos propios de gremio. Cementos, ladrillos, termoarcilla, arenas, yeso, mortero, vigas…; azulejos, tarimas, pavimentos, gres porcelánico, pladur, perfilería diversa, chimeneas prefabricadas…; y siempre trabajando con marcas reconocidas como Cerámicas La Oliva, Pamesa, Danosa, Keraben, La Paloma, Texsa, Cemex, Grupo Uralita, Sika…
