El Autocares Rodríguez Daimiel no jugó su mejor partido este fin de semana ante un rival al que consiguió ganar en la primera vuelta, pero que se mostró muy superior desde el inicio del encuentro. Los madrileños tuvieron en De Pinto a su mejor hombre, quién con un 6/7 en triples rompió el partido en la primera mitad y durante el tercer cuarto cuando los daimieleños consiguieron apretar un poco el partido.
Tan sólo Sergio Hervás y Julian Lewis jugaron con confianza en ataque y el equipo pagó caro el escaso acierto del resto de jugadores. Por su parte, los jugadores locales se mostraban con mucha confiaza y conseguían romper una y otra vez la defensa daimieleña. Esa mejoría defensiva de las últimas jornadas no se plasmó en este encuentro y como el ataque tampoco acompañaba el equipo no fue capaz de engancharse al partido en toda la segunda parte.
