Uno del pueblo

Escribimos tras la ventana de casa, desde donde se divisa la Plaza, los pinos, el árbol de Navidad, el Olivo Milenario  y la fachada del Ayuntamiento, todo ello visualizado a través de una atrayente y graciosa manta de nieve, con copos que caen sin cesar desde primeras horas de la mañana. La Filomena, bien que se está enfangando en nuestro pueblo, que tiempo ha no recibía visita de tan ilustres borrascas.

Los chicos del Ayuntamiento, con el apoyo de agricultores y Protección Civil, han despejado accesos, rotondas, entradas al pueblo, zona centro, supermercados, centros sanitarios, polígonos industriales y varios lugares más, con mucho salero, impregnando todo de sal , lo que impidió algún que otro escurricipión, palabreja autóctona propia de retranca chucha.

Quien ésto escribe, bien provisto de botas invernales, tuvo que recurrir a equilibrios anormales que nos hicieron sentir seguros de nuestro buen estado de forma, una vez superado el tambaleo resbaladizo. La burraca Filomena nos aporta vitalidad a los veteranos, y en los más jovencitos reactiva la ilusión de Navidad, que hasta San Antón Pascuas son, con el manto blanco descubierto tras el paso de los Reyes, imágen por vez primera ante sus ojos, con colegios que retrasan el reinicio de actividad y todos tan contentos.

Calles, campos, Navaseca, Las Tablas, Parterre, Plaza, Olivo Milenario, polígonos industriales, tejados, terrazas, coches con Kilos de nieve acumulados…, en fin, una visión poco frecuente de nuestro Daimiel, por cualquier testero que fueres. Comer tallos bajo sombrilla en la Calle Virgen de las Cruces, mientras la nieve cae en abundancia, no se disfruta con frecuencia, la Filomena nos trae años de nieves, año de bienes, y si Diciembre se marcha tiritando, buen año viene pregonando, que aunque sea cosa de refránes, seguro que los agricultores estarán contentos, que luego llegará la primavera, que la sangre altera, y los buenos comienzos de campaña con optimismo, que los deshielos generan agua y humedad idónea para nuestras campos.

El temporal de la Filo, deja imágenes inéditas, estampas del ayer, preciosas todas ellas, con el blanco madridista que todo lo empapa, reforzando el ánimo de los partidarios del Madrid, nieve que nos identifica a todos con su blanco luminoso, puro, limpio y noble, con energía que nos ayuda hasta para mantenernos en pie, mientras caminamos abrigados, con paraguas y sin escurrizones.

Frente activo e intenso este de la Filomena, con frío seco que nos vigoriza incluso a quienes no somos partidarios de la frescanza, palabreja con probable origen local, pero a ver quien le coge el hilo. No ha venido mal la tempestad de la Filo, por que también y además ha influido en que no salga el personal a la calle, nos hemos visto obligados a quedarnos en casa de una puta vez.

Estamos en fechas de las más frías del año, pero que hacía mucho tiempo que no veíamos un Daimiel nevado, aunque la Filo se ha cebado, se ha encenagado en zonas entre 400 y 700 metros sobre el nivel del mar y a nosotros, los de la Mancha , nos han tocado todas las papeletas, ya que tampoco nos ha tocado nada en la del Niño.

Copiosas nevadas, paisajes que a la mayoría gustan, con fotógrafos que proliferamos por doquier en busca de imágenes para el recuerdo. 

Temperaturas bajo cero que hay que combatir, abrigándonos bien, evitando estar poco tiempo al frío, prestando especial atención a zonas del cuerpo como cabeza, cuello, manos y pies, además de evitar los cambios bruscos de temperatura, limitando las actividades al aire libre, sobre todo si se pertenece a grupos de riesgo. Y sin olvidar, con nieve o sin ella, el uso frecuente de hidrogel para las manos, y la mascarilla, que el virus con nieve se viene arriba.

Estampas bonitas las de la nieve, con algún muñeco de nariz roja y alargada que nos dejan imágenes para el recuerdo, a niños y mayores.

Precaución, atención a niños y mayores, vestimenta, calados, guantes y calzado apropiado…, y si hay que coger el trineo, que sea para lo imprescindible.

El vestido blanco le sienta bien a Daimiel.
