En memoria de Marcos Mundstock

Así es: lo pasado ya pasó. Y es así como pasó por esta vida Marcos Mundstock, que nos ha dejado hace unos días. Uno de los fundadores del mítico grupo Les Luthiers, que tantos ríos de buen humor desparramaron por el mundo, yo aún me río desde que los vi por primera vez.

Marcos  era un gran jugador; jugaba con la lengua, me refiero a la lengua como sistema de comunicación verbal propio de los humanos y no al  órgano muscular situado en la cavidad de la boca que, de ser así, hubiera dado unos besos tremen-dos… o tres (que diría él). Marcos jugaba con las palabras, con el doble sentido, con la ironía. Su ora-toria era, sin duda, ora de aquí y ora de allá, porque era uni-versal.

Su gran personaje, su alter ego, fue Johann Sebastian Mastropiero; piero no solo eso, hubo más. Más personajes, más juegos, más frases para hacernos pensar, reflexionar (que es como flexionar dos veces). Era un gran peleador. Pelaba cualquier frase, jugaba con la aliteración y la paronomasia que resultó no ser una enfermedad. En una de esas peleas se vio envuelto cuando el psicólogo le recomendó que se pusiera en lugar del otro.

Marcos Mundstock nos ha dejado… nos ha dejado un sinfín de aforismos y máximas, o sea que son muchas, algunas de las cuales vamos a comentar:

La primera es precisamente la que da título a este panegírico, y ya la hemos comentado.

La segunda dice: el ego es ese pequeño argentino que todos llevamos dentro, seguramente el mismo que lo animó a ponerse en lugar del otro.

La tercera: si no puedes convencerlos, confúndelos. Ya nos lo advirtió Chomsky. 

La cuarta: evita accidentes. Hágalo a propósito. Este principio, que siempre viene al final, lo resumió muy acertadamente Naomi Klein en La doctrina del shock.

La quinta: lo importante es el dinero, la salud va y viene. Desgraciadamente lo estamos comprobando en estos días inciertos. Con ciertos conciertos que ofrecen artistas urbanos.

La sexta: errar es humano, pero echarle la culpa a otro es más humano  todavía. Donde se cumple aquello que dijo Plauto: Homo homini lupus. El hombre es el lobo del hombre.

La séptima: tener la conciencia limpia es síntoma de mala memoria. No se trata aquí de un deterioro cognitivo, sino de un deterioro “concientivo”.

La octava: todo es relativo. El tiempo que dura un minuto depende del lado de la puerta del baño que te encuentres. Y, seguramente, del estado de tu próstata.

La novena: toda cuestión tiene dos puntos de vista: el equivocado y el nuestro. Y así nos va.

La décima: la pereza es la madre de todos los vicios, y como madre hay que respetarla. Y como dijo John Ford contra pereza Diligencia.

Y así es como este hacedor de palabras ha ido jugando y conjugando con su ingenio y su buen humor hasta llegar a la conclusión de que cinco de cada diez  personas son la mitad.
