BIZCOCHO DE NARANJA CON CHOCOLATE

Tenemos un problema a la hora de presentar este alimento. Una vez terminado y expuesto, lo empiezas a comer y es un no parar de ir y venir a la bandeja donde este depositado. Es un bizcocho que enamora, meloso y de fino sabor, mezcla de cítrico y cacao, con resultado de sabor difícil de calificar. Está riquísimo y además no es de complicada elaboración, quedando esponjoso, resultando complicado evitar la tentación de cortar otro trocico y para adentro. Apetitoso y  jugoso bizcocho, con atrayente y tentadora presencia. Este Edu Lara nos va a meter en el cuerpo alguna que otra lorza de más. Durante el encierro, nuestro cocinero de postín va a conseguir que pasemos de la báscula a cambio de la degustación de sus provocativas recetas.

                                                               Ingredientes:

Cuatro huevos, trescientos gramos de harina de trigo, doscientos cincuenta gramos de azúcar, un vaso de naranja (zumo de dos naranjas), levadura (un sobre de quince gramos) , un vaso de aceite de girasol, ralladura de naranja.

Para la cobertura de chocolate:

Chocolate Nestlé (postres), mantequilla (pura). Derretir en un cuenco en microondas unos minutos, mezclando con una cucharilla hasta conseguir chocolate.

                                                               Elaboración :

Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un bol, con unas varillas o brazo de minipimer, menos la harina y la levadura , que se tamizarán al final con un colador, mezclando ya todo. Añadir en un molde la mezcla, previamente untado con mantequilla y papel sulfurizado abajo. Previamente, horno precalentado durante quince minutos a ciento ochenta grados; depositar la tartera durante treinta y cinco minutos más o menos. Mirar el bizcocho, pinchando con una varilla hasta comprobar que se ha cuajado. Una vez hecho esto, dejar enfriar unas horas y desmoldar en frio. Encima del bizcocho, napar la cobertura de chocolate para adornar, dejando enfriar en el frigorífico, (por el chocolate), unas dos horas. A continuación, ya se puede servir.

Una delicia este bocado esponjoso, poroso y suave. Se puede elaborar en diferentes formatos, desde un plumcake o tartera redonda, da igual, haciéndolo con cuidaico, va a salir igual de rico. Para los incondicionales de la repostería, bizcocho de primera, de lujo, espectacular en su aspecto, provocación a la vista El olorcico con el que impregna el ambiente, incita a otro cachejo más, así que a lo tonto a lo tonto, te lo zampas sin querer, no te enteras y resulta que ya no hay….
