En estos días de Navidad no queremos olvidarnos  del lenguaje propio daimieleño que no necesita traducción. Transmitido de generación en generación y muy asentado. Tenemos himno propio, “De Daimiel, somos de Daimiel…”, el panizo, la polla negra –especie única de gallinas- olivo milenario, La Manola, dos toreros, deportistas de élite -Sobrino, Pecharromán, Limones…-, Carnaval de postín, banda de música de alto nivel, una bandera…
Daimiel es un apacible lugar de La Mancha, que caminaba inexorablemente hacia la independencia, pero en vista de lo cual lo dejamos pa luego… Continuará…
