“Cuando llega la Semana Santa, Daimiel resplandece como el Arco Iris; nazarenos de todos colores al lado de Cristo caminan humildes”… dice la letra del popular e internacional “Somos de Daimiel”, de nuestro ilustre paisano Carlos Redondo. El Domingo de Resurrección se hizo realidad esta estrofa cuando una imagen de un pletórico Jesús, es portada a hombros por cofrades de distintas Hermandades, revestidos con la indumentaria propia de cada congregación pasionaria de Daimiel a la que se pertenece. La Cofradía de Jesús Resucitado, marchó por el centro de la ciudad con “nazarenos de todos colores” que hicieron resplandecer la escultura de Cristo en su Resurrección. Van descubiertos, sin capirucho, acompañando al Resucitado por propia voluntad, reafirmándose en su fe ante los ojos del mundo. La Banda de Música de Daimiel, imperial en toda la Semana Santa, interpreta las más ilustres composiciones de nuestra Semana Grande, exaltando con sus notas la gloriosa celebración. Poco a poco, esta nueva Hermandad del Resucitado va calando entre los daimieleños. Triunfa la procesión del Domingo de Resurrección. Encantador cortejo, abierto por la Banda de los Coloraos, casi na… Estelar Resurrección.
