La Banda de Cornetas y Tambores del Sto. Cristo de la Columna y Ntra. Sra. de la Amargura, organizó el sábado 18 de marzo la 19 Edición del Certamen Cofrade en el Pabellón Ferial, con gran afluencia de público, cada vez más adicto a esta manifestación musical propia en la Cuaresma.
Intervinieron,  además de la Banda de Cornetas y Tambores del Sto. Cristo de la Columna y Ntra. Sra de la Amargura, la Banda de Cornetas y Tambores de Nuestro Padre Jesús Despojado, de Granada, y la Agrupación Musical Santo Tomás de Villanueva, de Ciudad Real, todas ellas con discos editados, y por consiguiente, de gran nivel, constatado por Daimiel.

Olor, sonido, imagen, buen gusto por la estética y buen tacto por las formaciones elegidas para participar en este Concierto Cofrade 2017;     los cinco sentidos se desarrollaron durante la audición de esta muestra musical, que cada año adquiere superior importancia en Daimiel. El singular sonido de estas bandas o agrupaciones musicales, causa cada vez más impacto entre los asistentes, amantes de esta manifestación musical o aficionados a la música en sí misma, ya que es notorio cada año el superior nivel melódico y armónico expresado por los actuantes en este concierto, cada vez más del agrado de melómanos.
Música de pasión. Fervor pasional entre el público. Bravos y olés surgieron espontáneamente desde las butacas.
Salimos marcados por el paso, que no marcando el paso, de estos tres magníficos grupos, formaciones de gran nivel musical, que hicieron extensivo al público que, año tras año, sabe valorar, y con mejor percepción, la calidad melódica de estos jóvenes, la gran mayoría aficionados con muy buen gusto y mejor sentido melómano.
Seria y elegante uniformidad, colorido solemne, ritmo acompasado, sonido melodioso … aroma y esencia de Semana Santa. Fueron casi tres horas de espectáculo incomparable. Enhorabuena a estos artistas anónimos, músicos, compositores y directores. La interpretación final de la Marcha Real erizó el vello a más de uno. Que no dacaiga, Maroto. Bravo por Daimiel.
