Resultó emocionante escuchar “Borriquilla” el Domingo de Ramos en un escenario inédito, obligado por las circunstancias. Un altavoz, de los de casa, colocado en el antepecho de una ventana, emitía a los cuatro vientos por la calle Mártires las notas de la marcha compuesta por Evelio Alonso para el titular de la sección infantil de Los Coloraos, Jesús a lomos de un pollino entrando triunfal en Jerusalén. Hace ya bastantes años de la creación de esta obra, los suficientes como para que nos haya dado tiempo a los daimieleños para asimilarla y ordenarla en nuestros oídos como la marcha que inaugura el cronológico desfile procesional de la Semana de Pasión en Daimiel, en ordenada historia tal cual aconteció hace más de dos milenios.

Ambiente melancólico, con mucho de nostalgia y algo de tristeza, por lo que pudo haber sido y no fue, resignación ante lo inevitable pero con proyectos y ánimos optimistas cara al futuro. No queda otra. Las miradas de conformidad y algo de sufrimiento de balcón a balcón, dieron paso a la audición de la marcha titular de La Borriquilla, procesión juvenil, con nazarenos y samaritanas de todas las restantes cofradías daimieleñas, vivero de futuros dirigentes para la arraigada Semana Santa de Daimiel. Bueno sería, y así creo va a ocurrir, que en cada momento de la prevista salida oficial de cada procesión, sonaran las marchas de los distintos Titulares a buen volúmen y en la mayor cantidad posible de domicilios a través de balcones, terrazas o ventanas, a su vez engalanadas con banderas cofrades, banderolas, gallardetes o estandartes, banderines, emblemas, adornos, colgaduras y enseña nacional con crespón negro, que de algún modo nos pongan en situación. Y ojalá sonara alguna saeta.
