Los primeros compases de la segunda parte decidieron el resultado final. Fueron quince minutos con ocasiones claras del Daimiel , que se fueron al limbo de los lamentos. Sensación de peligro, calidad en acciones de los blancos, potencia y ganas de todo el equipo…. , pudo llegar el segundo tanto , que hubiera traído tranquilidad, y por el contrario, en un fallo defensivo a la salida de un córner , Vela, sin oposición, remató solo a la red, logrando el empate definitivo. Cuando mejor lo estaba haciendo el Daimiel…

La primera parte había transcurrido entre un toma y daca por ambos equipos, si bien el Atlético Tomelloso dispuso de ocasiones claras para haberse adelantado en el marcador, pero tropezaron con un gran Roberto , cancerbero local que atajó con seguridad y total solvencia las ocasiones tomelloseras. Roberto transmite confianza al equipo y a la grada. Los amarillos dejaban ver su experiencia, como equipo recién descendido de la tercera división. Veteranía, oficio y buen control del partido.

El centro del campo daimieleño, lo intentaba una y otra vez, con alguna jugada vistosa entre Jesús González, Adri y kike, veloz éste como siempre. Y en éstas estábamos cuando Jesús González , el capitán blanco, abrió en banda para Giti , incansable durante todo el encuentro, asistiendo desde el lateral a Mané, quien situado en el pico del área en posición poco habitual en él, enganchó un buen tiro al que no pudo llegar Buyo, el meta visitante. Buen gol, que pilló por sorpresa al Atlético Tomelloso e incluso a los propios aficionados, que otra tarde más, cubrían más de la mitad de los asientos de El Carmen. Tal vez la irrupción de Mané en banda contraria y su remate con la diestra, siendo habitualmente zurdo, pilló por sorpresa a todos.

Enrique y Mané dispusieron de una doble ocasión tras habilidosa incursión de Kike en el área , la mejor ocasión del partido, ésto ya en la reanudación , en los minutos comentados al principio  de la crónica, siendo los momentos de buen juego, tensión y emoción por parte de los locales, pero las claras ocasiones dispuestas no fueron culminadas por los delanteros blancos, entre la ansiedad y los ¡uuyys…..! de los fieles seguidores del Daimiel , que se las prometían muy felices, hasta que, como un jarro de agua helada, nos empataron en la referida jugada rematada en solitario por el jugador visitante.

Buen equipo el de Tomelloso , cada vez mejor conjunto el de Daimiel, con varios partidos sin conocer derrota, aunque se adolezca de continuidad en el juego, muy dependiente de los arreones de calidad de sus futbolistas. ¿Dónde estaria este equipo de haber iniciado juntos la competición? Pero como no es hora de lamentos, sigamos confiando en la ilusión existente entre la plantilla, según declaraciones a DTV de Raúl Menchero, ilusiones que se aprecian desde fuera, se palpa el espíritu de equipo y las ganas de superar la difícil situación, que se nos antoja más complicada aún tras el amargo  empate ante los de Tomelloso.

Apartado especial para Mariano Serna, juez supuestamente imparcial, que con sus alocadas decisiones no favoreció al Daimiel precisamente. Muy vehemente, no viene a cuento la actitud de perdonavidas por quien ha de impartir justicia desde el equilibrio y la tranquilidad. Expulsó a Mané una vez finalizado el partido por un simple “saludo” de despedida, sacó una decena de tarjetas a los chicos del Daimiel, causando buena escabechina ante el próximo partido ante el líder. Es fácil para estos bisoños colegiados aplicar el reglamento con altanería desmedida , ante el equipo débil, buena carrera la de Mariano, reprendido por su propio juez de línea “Mariano esto no viene a cuento” al sacar amarílla a Jesús González  y Mané  tras el pitido final. El prepotente Mariano deja “buen recuerdo ”  en Daimiel tras su esperpéntica conducta arbitral. “Amos”, Mariano, no me jodas que estoy rezando, perdona la expresión, pero no se lo pongas más difícil al más débil. Eso no está bien y tú lo sabes que eres juez. Como decía Gila,  si no te gustan las bromas, no te metas a árbitro…

La próxima salida al campo del todopoderoso líder, el vecino Manzanares , puede  significar un baño de moral para el Daimiel RCF , necesaria para afrontar los partidos finales de esta liga con moral de hierro, creyendo todo el grupo en el verdadero potencial del Daimiel actual. Giti, Adri, Susmozas , Carlos García  , Buitrago, Enrique, Mané , Jesús González , Kike, Raúl Menchero , Roberto…. El entrenador Roberto Velázquez , sus asistentes , directivos y afición, tenemos la palabra…
