El velódromo municipal acogió la segunda jornada de la Liga Regional Interverlódromos

La tarde del pasado sábado, el Velódromo Municipal de nuestra localidad acogió la segunda de las cuatro jornadas de las que consta la Liga Regional Intervelódromos 2019. Una cita que logró reunir a medio centenar de ciclistas castellano-manchegos en categoría infantil y cadete, con siete representantes daimieleños entre ellos.

El velódromo daimieleño, acogió las vistosas y espectaculares pruebas de 500 metros y puntuación para la categoría infantil y las féminas de la categoría cadete y 1000 metros y puntuación para cadete masculino, para deleite de los cerca de ciento cincuenta espectadores que se dieron cita en el recinto deportivo.

Medio centenar de jóvenes ciclistas manchegos que militan en los equipos del C.C. Almagreño, C.C.Valdepeñas, Peña Ciclista El Cacho de Almansa, C.C.Villarrobledo, La Malena de Cuenca, PHI GP de Ciudad Real y el club organizador de la prueba, el C.C.Daimiel.

Como se reseñaba anteriormente, fueron un total de siete los corredores locales que se dieron cita en esta prueba, los infantiles Rodrigo García Fernández, Angel Manuel Alegre de las Morenas y los hermanos Marc y Alex García Consuegra Miró, subiendo este último al pódium en la modalidad de 500 metros. Y los cadetes Alonso Pérez Morales, que realizó una sensacional prueba de puntuación, con escapada incluida, y las féminas Maria García Consuegra Miró y Claudia Martínez Sánchez Camacho, que subieron al pódium final de la prueba.

Hay que destacar que estos tres ciclistas, María, Claudia y Alonso, estarán presentes este próximo fin de semana, formando parte de la Selección Regional de Pista, en el velódromo Luis Puig de Valencia, en la tercera jornada de la Copa de España de Ciclismo en Pista.
