La noche del pasado sábado 4 de febrero y arropado por más de un centenar de aficionados de la localidad manchega y partidarios de Daimiel, Carlos Aranda recibió el trofeo como triunfador de la pasada feria, que le fue entregado por e presidente de la veterana peña taurina «Tomás Santa Cruz» y la alcaldesa de la población vecina.
Tras una importante faena a un novillo de Fuente Ymbro, el novillero de Daimiel resultó máximo triunfador en el festejo de Septiembre celebrado en Torralba de Calatrava. El joven espada cortó dos orejas al cuarto de la tarde, un bravo novillo ante el que demostró sus cualidades.
Son los primeros actos en los que interviene nuestro paisano en los inicios de esta temporada, que deseamos posibilite actuaciones y triunfos que potencien el futuro del novillero daimieleño.
