En la jornada del domingo, unas 120 personas se trasladaron a pie desde la ermita del Cristo de la Luz dentro de una cita anual fijada para la confraternización y que permitió igualmente presentar al nuevo presidente de la Junta de Hermandades, Fernando Gigante, y a toda la junta directiva que le acompaña en la incipiente etapa al frente de la Semana Santa de Daimiel.

Daimiel Noticias. –La Junta de Hermandades de la Semana Santa de Daimiel ya mira hacia 2019. Lo hace tras presentarse al resto de hermanos este domingo durante la peregrinación de las hermandades de Pasión al Santuario de la Patrona, Nuestra Señora Virgen de las Cruces. Unas 120 personas partieron alrededor de las ocho y media de la mañana de la Ermita del Cristo de la Luz dirección a la casa de ‘La Morenita’.
El recibimiento corrió a cargo del nuevo presidente de la JJHH, Fernando Gigante, y el sacerdote Valentín Vicente Sánchez-Rojas, que actuó como Consiliario, en ausencia de Eulalio Asensio. El templo acogió palabras de recogimiento a las que continuó una oración conjunta de unión y confraternidad. Fue el acto de inicio del nuevo curso pastoral para la renovada Junta de Hermandades.

Una vez alcanzado el punto de llegada, los peregrinos accedieron al Santuario. Seguidamente, hubo momentos para el descanso, la conversación el intercambio de impresiones dentro de una jornada participativa por parte de las cofradías en la que el consiliario apeló al trabajo común como forma de hacer llegar a los hermanos el hecho de “estar en comunión con Cristo”.
El domingo sirvió igualmente para compartir un aperitivo y una comida de hermandad en el Santuario de Las Cruces. Se inicia así el proyecto y los preparativos de la próxima Semana Santa 2019.
