Daimieleño que hace más de 30 años se vio seducido por el mundo de la imagen a través de la fotografía. Son muchos los trabajos realizados y los premios y nominaciones conseguidos. Dice “tener esa necesidad impulsiva de fotografiar”. Es impulsor de este arte. Y con  talento.
Traemos a este reportaje imágenes seleccionadas entre los múltiples momentos plasmados por este artista de Daimiel en torno a los desfiles procesionales en la Semana Santa de nuestra ciudad.
“En el momento de tomar una imagen nunca pienso si luego va a ser vista por otras personas, simplemente disfruto de ese momento íntimo que se establece entre el objeto y el fotógrafo.”

“Me gusta la fotografía reposada, meditada, fruto de la reflexión y conocimiento de lo que fotografío. Así pues, me siento más identificado con todos aquellos fotógrafos cuya finalidad era principalmente mostrar al mundo tal y como se les presentaba, sin más artificios ni preparaciones previas.”

“Mis trabajos, exposiciones y reconocimientos, tendrán más o menos repercusión, pero lo mejor de todo es que yo me divierto haciendo fotos, que es de los que se trata.”

“Sigo intentando conseguir hacer esa foto maravillosa, que no sé si alguna vez conseguiré. Aunque, quien sabe, quizás sea mejor no conseguirla. Como dijo alguien, lo importante no es llegar al destino, sino lo que vives en el camino.”

Tiene gran cantidad de fotografías publicadas en numerosos libros y revistas sobre la Semana Santa de Daimiel, editados por la Junta de Hermandades.
Intervino en la exposición colectiva “Pasión Morá” organizada por la Cofradía de Ntro. Padre Jesús de Nazareno, en Daimiel año 2009.
