Los mandos de Autoescuela AVEDAY son pilotados por su dueño y gestor Magdaleno Sánchez-Bermejo Martín de la Sierra. Como patrón experimentado dirige en la actualidad un proyecto de presente y sobre todo de futuro, ya que sus hijos, actualmente empleados y colaboradores de la empresa, garantizan un porvenir optimista y esperanzador. Magdaleno es el prototipo de persona emprendedora que a base de trabajo e ilusión convierte en realidad un sueño asentado en sus experiencias laborales. Se ha acreditado en Daimiel para hacer futuro.
Sánchez-Bermejo proviene de una familia de nueve hermanos. Estudió en Daimiel en el Instituto y a la vez  cursó estudios musicales bajo la batuta de D. Evelio Alonso, pero pronto se marchó a Madrid buscándose la vida, iniciándose en el gremio de una autoescuela del Paseo de Extremadura. Ejerce durante varios años en diversas empresas hasta recalar en una autoescuela emergente en el corredor del Henares, con sede en Coslada. Aquí ya trabaja con cargo de responsabilidad y evolucionando con vehículos pesados, así durante otra larga etapa de su vida hasta recalar en Daimiel. Tras su paso por diversas autoescuelas provinciales y locales, decide crear Autoescuela AVEDAY.
Nuestro paisano es profesor titulado además de poseer el curso de formación vial, realizando cursos del SEPECAM para formador de formadores en vehículos pesados, C.A.P, mecánica, turismos y motocicletas. Dispone también del certificado de competencia profesional para el transporte nacional e internacional de mercancías por carretera (transportista profesional). Todas estas competencias y experiencias profesionales, avalan su amplia trayectoria en el sector.
AVEDAY se funda en Julio del 2012, con domicilio en la Avda. De los Deportistas 9, en Daimiel. La jefatura Provincial de Tráfico de C. Real les autoriza toda clase de permisos: A-1, A-2, A, B, C, D y EC. Imparten las clases el propio Magdaleno y su hijo Jaime Sánchez-Bermejo Moya, disponiendo de una flota autorizada de 5 vehículos, correspondientes a 2 turismos, 1 camión, 1 autobús y 1 remolque pesado. Las clases se imparten en un aula para teórico y mecánica, dotada con medios audiovisuales apropiados para la mejor formación, disponiendo de las últimas tecnologías que garantizan un aprendizaje  eficaz.  Entre  su  alumnado  predomina  gente joven, con  un ambiente cercano  y  familiar,  obteniéndose  un índice alto de aprobados en el primer  expediente.  Autoescuela AVEDAY participa durante todo el año en actividades sociales y deportivas  en  nuestra  ciudad.  Autoescuela  AVEDAY,  futuro.
